2. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You can request an exchange for products purchased directly from TAIFOCUS within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some products, like custom-made or special-order items, may not be eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the process, including any shipping instructions.

  • Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the original item. However, TAIFOCUS will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item, unless the return is due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong product).

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for items purchased directly from TAIFOCUS within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued when products are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

4. Returns

Some products, such as customized or specially made-to-order machines, may not be eligible for returns.
